Application: Riyadh Guide is an application and digital platform operating as a technical intermediary in the tourism sector within the city of Riyadh, connecting users with licensed tourism service providers.
Customer: The user who requests tourism services through the Riyadh Guide application.
Tourism Service Provider: Independent and licensed tour guides operating within the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and listed on Riyadh Guide.
Riyadh Guide connects users with licensed tourism service providers by providing a secure and reliable digital platform without directly providing or operating tourism services.
Riyadh Guide provides a rating system to monitor service quality and takes necessary action against providers who fail to meet standards.
Riyadh Guide displays accurate and clear information regarding services including experience details, prices, cancellation policy, time and place of execution, and is not responsible for discrepancies caused by the service provider.
Riyadh Guide provides secure electronic payment through licensed gateways within the Kingdom and does not store credit card information.
Riyadh Guide provides GPS tracking to monitor certain bookings including confirmation status at time of execution.
The application bears no responsibility if a user provides sensitive information related to their account.
Trip amounts are held in escrow and funds are transferred 48 hours after the trip date.
In case of disputes regarding service quality or execution, the decision issued by application management is binding and may include rescheduling, replacement, or compensation.
Riyadh Guide is not responsible for incorrect data provided by users during registration or booking.
Riyadh Guide takes necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Riyadh Guide allows communication with licensed providers and charges a 15% commission per booking.
Payments are held in escrow and released after 48 hours.
The application provides communication channels with management.
Customers may evaluate providers after completing experiences.
The application enables booking of transportation and guided tours.
Electronic payments are processed securely without storing banking data.
Customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal data within ten days.
Customers must not share sensitive account information.
In case of disputes, decisions issued by the application are binding.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of provided information.
Terms Applicable to the Tourism Service Provider
Providers must register and be manually approved after verification.
Providers must enable GPS during service delivery.
Vehicle details must be registered and updated immediately if changed.
Services must be delivered using the registered vehicle unless special approval is obtained.
Communication must remain within the application.
Providers must not share sensitive account information.
Lost or stolen devices must be reported immediately.
Disputes are resolved by application management with binding decisions.
This policy explains procedures followed by Riyadh Guide regarding privacy. Users must agree to this policy to use the application.

Riyadh Guide may request name, age, residence, email, and mobile number for registration.
Payment information is processed only through licensed external gateways.
